Tour d'Europe - TAVOLA 2018 -

Are you a buyer wishing to find European food & drink producers?

The Tour d’Europe event is an opportunity for buyers to meet in very efficient way food & drink producers from other European countries. The event, which take place on Monday 12 & Tuesday 13 March will organise face-to-face buyer-producer meetings based on specific requests from the buyers. Producers from all over Europe will travel to Kortrijk (Belgium) to present their products during the pre-booked meetings. This new type of event is an initiative from Enterprise Europe Network - aiming to connect buyers and producers of the food & drink sector.

The event has proved to be very successful during previous editions that have been organized in Rotterdam, Scotland, Stockholm, Palermo and Anuga.

 

Tavola

The event will be organised during the fine food fair TAVOLA.  Tavola has created a unique niche for itself by specialising in premium food and drinks.  Strong market leaders and small artisan producers guarantee an unusual assortment of strictly selected delicatessen and delicious high-end products.

How does it work?

Register and publish your collaboration profile

  • For the buyers:
    Browse through the participant list and send meeting requests to the producers you are interested in meeting. 
  • For the producers:
    Only producers with a potential match with one or more buyers can register. These registrations will be monitored by the Belgian co-organisers of this matchmaking event.
    Therefore please write a detailed and complete profile and include pictures of your products.
    After registration:
    • Some buyers want to keep full control over their meeting requests and want to participate in this matchmaking event in all discretion. They prefer not to be approached by producers. As a result, they will send the meeting requests to the producers who interest them. Please accept or reject this request.
    • Other buyers can send AND receive meeting requests. They will accept or reject the producers' meeting requests
  • Before the event you receive your personal meeting schedule.
