1. Online registration

All participants, both purchasers and suppliers, must register online in order to book meetings and attend the match-making event. See the different registrations processes below for purchasers and suppliers.

Common for all participant is that the cooperation profile is your “business card” for the pre-booked meetings. With a well described profile you receive more meeting requests and the outcome of your meetings is in general significantly higher. In your cooperation profile you can state what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering, what kind of cooperation you are looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.

How to register as a purchaser?

As a purchaser please follow the below steps to set up your organizational profile and cooperation profile or profiles. This material is where from the suppliers value your incoming meeting requests.

  1. Click the register for this event button below:

  2. Select either the "Buyer" or if you are a international buyer having applied for the Hosted Buyer Program select the "Hosted Buyer" option.
  3. Fill in you personal information and information regarding the organization you represent.
  4. Select your areas of activity.
  5. Agree to the terms and click "next"
  6. Select which matchmaking sessions you will be available
  7. Set up minimum one cooperation profile clearly presenting your request or requests. You can change your cooperation profile at any time.
 

How to register as a supplier?

As a supplier please follow the below steps to set up your organizational profile and cooperation profile or profiles. This material is from where the purchasers value your offer and select if to send a meeting request or not.

  1. Click the register for this event button below:

  2. Select "Supplier".
  3. Fill in you personal information and information regarding the organization you represent.
  4. Select your areas of activity.
  5. Agree to the terms and click "next"
  6. Select which match making sessions you will be available
  7. Please complete the payment process.
  8. Set up minimum one cooperation profile clearly presenting your offer or offers.
  9. As soon as we have received your final payment your profile will be checked and published online. You can change your cooperation profile at any time.
 

2. Promotion of published profiles

All published profiles will be extensively promoted by the organisers of this event. Furthermore, all participants of the event will be able to view your cooperation profile. A statistical analysis of 40 matchmaking events showed that high quality cooperation profiles are visited about 50 to 150 times before the event and will still be viewed after the event.

3. Selection of bilateral meetings

As a purchaser you can start requesting meetings as soon as you have registered. Check which cooperation profiles are most promising. Intelligent search options allow a quick identification of the most suitable participants/cooperation profiles. Within a few minutes you should be able to identify future potential business partners.

A supplier can request meetings with purchasers of interest during a two week period, 19 October - 3 November. Please note that if a supplier would like to request a meeting with another supplier, the company need to register a purchaser profile as well. The system will not accept meetings between two supplier profiles.

Booking of bilateral meetings

Once you have found the most promising business partners you can select them for bilateral meetings. You can add further meetings any time but please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served". As a purchaser you can book meetings, but during a period of time you can also be booked for bilateral talks by other participants!

Your personal meeting schedule

A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting schedule (you can also constantly check your meeting schedule online). This meeting schedule gives information about the time, which meeting booth and who you are going to meet.

4. At the event

At the registration desk, you will receive an updated version of your meeting schedule including any last minute bookings. Your personal meeting schedule presents in chronological order for each meeting with names of your conversation partners and in which meeting booth to meet.

How to pre-register to the fair
