Ready2Go’s array of resources and training will grant businesses the opportunity to broaden their horizons, build up a network of foreign contacts and most importantly stand out in the global market.
There will be a focus on 5 diverse countries as targets markets: Cameroon, Chile, India, Canada and the US, and participants will not only gain insight into their ways of working but also take the first steps of establishing partnerships in these countries.
The secret to international success is knowing how to deal with foreign markets which is why Ready2Go provides an individual training and coaching programme which will be specifically tailored to the business. The aim of the training will be for each business to create an International Business Plan, a strategic outline to set goals and kick start international progress. Each participating company will receive on-distance support and advice from Ready2Go throughout the programme.
For any business trying to make it big overseas, making the right connections is vital to advance, therefore Ready2Go will arrange matchmaking activities which will allow participants to build valuable relationships with the relevant companies in their target countries.
One of the most interesting aspects of the programme is that participants will benefit from the opportunity to explore overseas markets; not only can they choose to attend 2 additional trainings taking place in 5 different cultural hubs across Europe but they will also attend up to 2 networking events in the target countries, with expenses partially funded.

Participation in the activities is free of charge; however, participants need to cover their travel expenses. A partial travel reimbursement is also provided.

The programme is addressed to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in EU Member States or COSME Participating Countries (Albania, Armenia, Bosnia Herzegovina, FYROM, Iceland, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey).
