How to get there

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Herman Teirlinck building is easily accessible by public transport:

 

TRAIN

Take the train to Brussel-Noord, one of the 3 main train stations in Brussels. Continue on foot (14’) or by bike (5’). Route: Simon Bolivarlaan – Dijleweg – Akenkaai (alongside the canal) – Redersplein to the Havenlaan OR Route (Blind Tiles For Guide) via the Willebroekkaai.

 

BUS

De Lijn: Sainctelette stop. From there you will walk for another 11 minutes: Timetable De Lijn

MIVB: Picard stop. From there you will walk for another 6 minutes: Timetable MIVB

 

TRAM

Sainctelette stop. From there you will walk for another 11 minutes: Timetable MIVB

 

SUBWAY

Line 2 and 6

  • Ijzer stop. From there you will walk for another 15 minutes
  • Ribaucourt stop. From there you will walk for another 12 minutes

Line 6

  • Belgica stop. From there you will walk for another 17 minutes
  • Pannenhuis stop. From there you will walk for another 12 minutes

Line 1

  • Graaf van Vlaanderen stop. From there you will walk for another 19 minutes

PARKING

Visitors do not have access to the parking of the Herman Teirlinck building. They can make use of the Thurn & Taxis 'L'Esplanade' public parking, opposite the Herman Teirlinck building (entrance via Havenlaan 86 C, 1000 Brussels) GPS coordinates: 50.864436, 4.349908.
