Get acquainted with opportunities of the Horizon 2020, the EU Research and Innovation funding programme. You will get first-hand information on the foresight study “Beyond the Horizon: foresight in support of future EU Research and Innovation Policy (BOHEMIA)”, aiming to support the deliberations on future Commission proposals for a post-2020 Research and Innovation Framework, from Giovanna Giuffrè, Foresight expert and collaborator of the BOHEMIA study.kind

Mr. Johan Hanssens, Secretary-general of department of Economy, Science and innovation (EWI) will elaborate about the Flemish participation in Horizon 2020.

Through parallel sessions we guide starters through the essence of the Horizon 2020 programme. For the more experienced ones different workprogrammes will be highlighted. Enlarge your network by participating to the matchmaking event, meeting academics of knowledge institutions or potential project partners of the private/non-academic sector of Flanders, through in advanced scheduled bilateral meetings. 

The target audience are all possible Flemish stakeholders interested in Horizon 2020 which can be any natural or legal persons in Flanders e.g. any company, big or small, research organisations, universities, non-governmental organisations, university colleges, etc.
