Following an impulse given by Euresearch, three European networks supporting researchers and companies to cooperate for research, technology and business in Europe have joined forces to set up an interdisciplinary partnering platform for life sciences, building bridges across economy and science.

Euresearch is an association mandated by the Swiss government to be the key access point for European research and innovation in Switzerland. It encompasses both the national contact points for European research and innovation (FP7 projects) and the local node of Enterprise Europe Network. Euresearch provides targeted information, expert advice and hands-on support in all phases of European R&D projects and builds transnational innovation partnerships across industry and academia.

Logo_fit4health Fit for Health is a network of 27 partner organizations in 22 countries in Europe. It supports researchers from universities, research institutes and centres, and especially SMEs in participating in research projects within the HEALTH theme of FP7. A broad range of specific training services and events for FP7 newcomers, applicants and project participants is offered. Fit for Health supports in finding project partners through a well-established profile database and partnering events.

Enterprise Europe Network connects over 600 organizations in 50 countries in Europe and beyond. It finds technological and commercial partners among innovative enterprises and between business and academia in order to support the competitiveness of SMEs. Moreover, it supports you in sourcing or promoting new products and technologies, establishing new partnerships through ad hoc events, developing your innovation and accessing EU financing.

Logo_bionet BIO-NET is a network spread over 23 countries in Europe as well as in associated states. BIO-NET supports the successful participation of research centres, universities and innovative SMEs in EU-funded FP7 « Knowledge Based Bio-Economy » (KBBE) research projects (FP7 Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Biotechnology). BIO-NET supports in simplifying the calls issued by the EC in order to raise the quality of proposals submitted and furthermore lower the barriers for newcomers. BIO-NET assists in finding project partners through a well-established database.
