Additional Healthcare Innovation Procurement P2P-Brokerage Event


On the occasion of MEDICA 2014, the global No. 1 meeting place for the medical sector, ZENIT GmbH together with the Healthcare Sector Group of the Enterprise Europe Network will organise the international Brokerage Event. The aim is to assist enterprises, universities and research institutions in finding partners in Europe for product development, manufacturing and licensing agreements, joint ventures or other types of partnership.

This international Healthcare Brokerage Event at MEDICA fair has a tradition of more than 15 years now. In 2013 the brokerage event had more than 240 participants from about 30 countries with more than 800 meetings.


NEW in 2014!

For the first time ZENIT / NRW.Europa will offer at the Healthcare Brokerage Event on the MEDICA 2014 a special P2P-Brokerage Event for public purchasers of the health sector in Europe to meet other public purchasers interested in realizing Innovation Procurement (IP) projects. The aim of this event is to assist purchasers to find partners for joint cross-border procurement projects and to participate in the new innovation co-fund actions Public Procurement of Innovative Solutions (PPI) and Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) of the new European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation - HORIZON 2020.

the P2P-matching will help to establish contacts with other public purchasers for joint procurement projects in Europe. In other words, how public purchasers are enabled to buy better and/or cheaper products and services while at the same time boosting innovation.

Public purchasers of the health sector in Europe who are interested in meeting other public purchasers interested in realizing Innovation Procurement (IP) projects.


How to participate:

Register and provide a profile describing either an offer or a request. All the participants’ profiles will be published on the website of the Brokerage Event. Browse the profiles online and book meetings with organisations you are interested in.

About one week prior to the event, each participant will receive an individual meeting schedule.

Registration fees

A fee of 200 EUR + VAT (19%) will be charged to each registered organisation from Germany.

A fee of 200 EUR will be charged to each registered organisation besides Germany. For EU participants, please insert your VAT-ID number which will be needed to not invoice the VAT. Please do not forget to put your country code ahead the number, example: GB231787722, if not the system does not recognise it as VAT number.

For non-EU participants no VAT-ID number is needed.

Start-ups (established on or after 1.1.2012) will be granted a rebate of 50%. A copy of the certificate of registration (or similar) must be sent to The fee will be invoiced upon registration.
