Internet of Things 2016

How it works?

1. Online registration

During the registration you should fill three different forms:
a) Your company profile
All the information must be written in English. It will be checked by an EEN organizer and validated before being included in the catalogue. Profiles which are incomplete, unclear or irrelevant to the event will not be considered.
b) Contact details of the person attending the event
It is necessary to have the contact information so we can inform you of any last-minute changes.
c) Your co-operation profile
Cooperation should state what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering and/or what kind of cooperation you are looking for. Cooperation profiles are the most important, because without a cooperation profile you will not be requested for meetings! You can create several cooperation profiles depending on your needs.

Your co-operation profile is your business card, therefore spend some minutes to insert a high quality and meaningfull profile. Check some tips for a good profile!

How 1

 2. Promotion of published profiles

All cooperation profiles will be published online and will be for everyone to see. A statistical analysis of 40 matchmaking events showed that high quality profiles are visited about 50 to 150 times BEFORE the event and will still be viewed AFTER the event.

How 2

3. Selection of bilateral meetings

E-mail notification when booking is open

You will receive an e-mail when you can start booking bilateral meetings (September 5th). Check which cooperation profiles are the most interesting for you. Use different kind of filters to make a quick identification.

Booking of bilateral meeting

Once you have found the most interesting business partners you can ask them for a meeting. You can book meetings BUT you can also be booked for bilateral talks by other participants!

Your schedule

A few days before the event (October 25th) you will receive your personal meeting schedule with the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.

A minimum of 2 confirmed transnational meetings are required to qualify as a IOT brokerage participant.

How 3

4. At the event

At the registration desk, you will receive an updated version of your meeting schedule including last minute bookings. Your personal meeting schedule lists in chronological order for each meeting with the:

  • names of your conversation partners
  • number of table for each meeting

Our staff will be at your disposal during the whole matchmaking event.
