International B2B Meetings at SPACE 2016

How it works



Organized by the Enterprise Europe Network, the "International B2B Meetings" matchmaking event is the quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. People meet and greet at high speed. 30 minutes are usually enough to build connections, then the bell rings and the next talk starts.

  • Registered participants can attend up to 30 individual business meetings (30mn each)
  • Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled
  • Shortly before the exhibition, each participant will receive his personalized meeting schedule
  • The International B2B Meetings will take place at SPACE 2016 exhibition on the 14th & 15th of September from 9:30 am
    to 6:00 pm at the International Club, 1st floor, Room F

How to register for B2B Meetings?

Fill your personal data, precise your availabilities, in a short profile describing your company and the products or services you are offering and/or looking for.  


How to request own meetings to the other participants?

  • Enter the platform with your personal access autolink.
  • Select any company you wish to meet from the "Participants" menu (ordered by country), or use the “Participants search" menu to identify profiles that are relevant to your activity.
  • When interested in a profile, click on the button “Book Meeting” to request a meeting.
  • The company will then receive a notification of your request. Once accepted, the meeting will be scheduled in your agenda.

The "Show Meetings" section gives you an overview of all your own bookings (your own requests) and guest bookings (requests from other participants).


How to accept/reject the guest meetings coming from the other participants?

  • Enter the platform with your personal access autolink.
  • Access to the meetings on the right part of the screen.
  • In the list of meetings, click on Accept (or Reject) the guest meeting requested to your company by another participant, write a message (or not) and click again on Accept (or Reject) to take it into account.


Receive your scheduled agenda one week prior to the fair

  • Once everebody has finished to manage his meetings (own / guest), the platform will calculate the best combinaison to allow all the participants to meet according to their availabilities.
  • You receive directly from the platform by email your preliminary agenda with the precise dates/times/tables for validation.
  • The agenda will be updated online in case of last minute changes ; you can print it from the platform.
  • You will provided with your final agenda at the welcome desk in room F (1st floor - enter the door on the right side of the building).
