Matchmaking at IAC 2016

Continuation of Cooperation Of Space NCPs as a Means to Optimise Services

COSMOS2020 is EU funded and reinforces the network of National Contact Points* (NCPs) for Space. It provides quality support service on Horizon 2020 Space:

  • International information days with details on open EU Space calls
  • Support for consortia building e. g. through matchmaking in context of information days.

The website is the central accession point for:

  • A newsletter providing latest news on Space and Horizon 2020 including Space relevant calls and events
  • A central help desk on Space in Horizon 2020 offering support across Europe and beyond, regardless of the client's home country

*National Contact Points (NCPs) are part of national networks established and financed by the governments of the 28 EU Member States and the states associated to Horizon 2020. They give customized support to organizations involved or interested in Horizon 2020.
NCPs are appointed for each domain of Horizon 2020. The national networks are the main structure to provide guidance, practical information and assistance on all aspects of participation in Horizon 2020.
Some international partner countries also run contact points similar to NCPs. Formally they are called Horizon 2020 contact points.
