Future Match 2016 at CeBIT - Brokerage Event

How It Works

A brokerage event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. Participants meet from 14th to 18th March 2016 (9:30 - 18:00) at Future Match stand (hall 6, booth A18/A27) for pre-arranged bilateral meetings. 25 minutes are usually enough to build connections. After a 5 minute break the bell rings and the next meeting starts.

1. Online registration and registration fee

Register online and submit your cooperation profiles. In your cooperation profile, you can indicate the time slots you are available for bilateral meetings and describe what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering or searching, what kind of cooperation you are looking for or which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.

A registration fee of 110 (+ 19% VAT) will be charged online via credit card. No German VAT will be charged to organisations from outside Germany, if a valid VAT-ID is provided. The fee includes free entrance e-tickets to CeBIT for ALL company/organisation representatives. If you are a CeBIT exhibitor or a buyer/user please view our special offers.

Your profile will be published first when the payment is completed and confirmed.

Please note: The registration fee will not be refunded if you do not participate in the event or do not have any meetings scheduled.

 

2. Promotion of published profiles

All cooperation profiles will be published online and will be there for everyone to see. You can change your profile at any time.

All published profiles will be extensively promoted by the organisers of this event. Furthermore, all participants of the event will be able to see your cooperation profile. A statistical analysis of 40 matchmaking events showed that high-quality profiles are visited about 50 to 150 times BEFORE the event and will still be viewed AFTER the event.

The ealier you register the more your cooperation profile will be viewed!

 

3. Selection of bilateral meetings

Email notification

You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings. Check which cooperation profiles are most promising. Intelligent search options allow for a quick identification of the most suitable participants/cooperation profiles. Within a few minutes you should be able to identify future potential business partners.

Booking of bilateral meetings

Once you have found the most promising business partners you can select them for bilateral meetings. You can book meetings and you can also be booked for bilateral meetings by other participants. You do not have to make any further meeting arrangements regarding meeting times or location. BUT please cancel meeting requests you are not interested in!

Your personal meeting schedule

All meeting requests will be scheduled for you. A few days before the event, you will receive your personal meeting schedule (furthermore, you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). This meeting schedule will provide you with information about time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.

If you whish any changes considering your meeting schedule please contact the organiser as soon as possible!

 

4. At the event

Please come to the registration desk at the Future Match stand (hall 6, booth A18) 10 minutes before your first meeting. You will receive a name badge and an updated version of your meeting schedule including last minute changes. Each meeting takes 25 minutes (plus 5 minutes break between meetings).

Meetings with exhibitors from Hall 6 may take place at their booth. Please view your personal schedule for details.

Our staff will be at your disposal during the whole matchmaking event.

 

5. Follow-up

After the event you wil be asked to assess your meetings and the event. Your feedback will help us improve our services and assist you further, if required. Please inform your local Enterprise Europe Network Partner if you initiate any cooperation as a result of Future Match.
