Smart fashion retail meeting, for retailers in the fashion who want to start with innovation!

“Innovation and entrepreneurship is the only way to win” Steve Jobs

Retailers are entering a future with a fashion industry & retail landscape that has never seen such a pace of change. It’s no secret the retail industry has seen a decrease in in-store sales over the last few years. It’s not just an increase in online shopping they must contend with, but also the adapt to shifts in how the customer interacts and connects with brands through mobile phones, tablets and wifi enabled devices in their store. All of these things are causing fashion retailers to reassess their business models and customer service processes. These days, the model wherein store associates only serve as salespeople just won’t cut it anymore. Retailers need to innovate. Most of the time it is hard to start with innovation, because of the question: Where and how can I start? To inspire and to help our retailers to start with innovation, we organize “the smart retail” meeting. During this meeting innovation experts will inspire participants with in “how to start with innovation in retail business”

Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise Europe Network, Inretail, Modefabriek and Modint make this meeting possible.
