BtoB meetings are a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners for your development projects.
Each meeting is 20 minutes long, thus maximising the number of contacts you can make in a day and allowing you to attend the Build & Connect workshops and conferences without diary clashes.

Complete the registration form on this site, fill in the company and business description field.
Then, at the third step, create your cooperation profile which describes the type of partner you are looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.
It will allow other participants to find out about the products, technologies and markets you are developing, your offer and your requests for cooperation.
With this insight they can offer you a one-to-one meeting.
The event organisers will promote the profiles to all Build & Connect participants and contacts within their networks (Enterprise Europe Network, clusters and international partners). All event participants will have access to your profile.
It has been shown that a full profile will be viewed between 50 and 150 times before the event.
You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings. Check which cooperation profiles are most promising in the on-line catalogue under the Participants tab.
Intelligent search options allow a quick identification of the most suitable participants/cooperation profiles. Search by key word or sector to identify them quickly.
Once you have identified the participants you want to meet, you can send them meeting requests via the catalogue.
NB: schedules are on a 'first come, first served' basis, so the sooner you make your selection, the more chance you will have of your appointment request being approved.
Other participants will also request meetings with you. You can accept or decline each request.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO ARRANGE MEETINGS THAT CLASH WITH THE CONFERENCE EVENTS YOU WANT TO ATTEND!
A few days before the event, you will receive your personal schedule (in pdf format). You can also download it on the site. This meeting schedule sets out the times, table numbers and contact details for the person you will be meeting.
It will also include the conferences you want to attend.
Upon arriving at registration desk, you will receive an updated schedule, including any last-minute bookings and the times of the conferences you have selected in the on-line registration form. The personalised schedule will set out in chronological order:
