Yuliya Moshkaryova (Ukraine)

  Yuliya Moshkaryova is the Indie Prize Director at CGA and Senior Project Manager at Ukrainian indie studio Wildec LLC. Yuliya travels around the world to play games and meet indie developers from every corner of the globe to invite them to join the international Indie Prize scholarship. Indie Prize was founded by CGA to discover and support the brightest and talented independent game developers.

Vesa Raudasoja (Finland)

  Vesa Raudasoja is a game consultant and community developer based in Finland. Passionate about game and community development, his career covers more than decade in international collaborations, community building, and grass roots efforts in helping people get involved in games. He has been a leader with IGDA Finland for more than 10 years and help grow the organization into one of IGDA's flagship chapters with more than 1100 members and 10 hubs. He believes in building and empowering small teams, be they IGDA Finland hubs or independent developers. He is a board member and evangelist with the Finnish Game Jam Association. He is currently working in game business development on a joint project with Cursor and the Playa Game Industry Hub consulting game teams in the Nordic and Baltic countries. IGDA Finland awarded him the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015.

Alex Nichiporchik (Netherland)

  Alex Nichiporchik is the CEO of tinyBuild and acting producer on games like Punch Club and SpeedRunners. Previously a pro-gamer, a video games journalist, and casual game producer, Alex started in the industry at the age of 14 - dropping out of highschool to pursue getting paid for playing games. Unfortunately that didn't work out, and through a series of events he ended up learning the online marketing game before getting into game development through journalism.

Elviss Strazdiņš (Latvia)

  Elviss Strazdiņš is a game developer, programmer and a founder of the Latvian Game Developers Association. As most of the game developers he started by drawing board games and moved on to video games in early 2000s. Won the Latvian nation game development competition Indago in 2005. and started working as a game developer soon after. Elviss has founded two independent game development studios and finished dozens of games since that. Currently working on the Bearslayer and developing his open-source game engine Ouzel.

Anton Albiin (Sweden)

  Anton grabbed a bachelor’s degree in work and organization 2012 and has since then acted as one of the founders of Diversi and now works as a project manager at Dataspelsbranschen. Diversi is a collaborative force designed to create greater diversity in the games industry, while Dataspelsbranschen is dedicated to collecting, unifying and communicating the game industry’s voice to the media. He is strongly focusing on analysing and improving the state of the industry. He has remarable experience acting as a judge for Swedish Game Awards.

Henri Hanson (Estonia)

  Henri is a gaming enthusiast and business advisor with successful track record of involvement in a wide range of international business support projects at Tartu Science Park. He has hands-on fundraising and business experience. After two years working for UCL in London, he returned to Estonia in 2017 and is currently involved in the Enterprise Europe network. From October 2017 he will be involved in Baltic Game Industry project, supporting the gaming industry in the Baltic Sea Region.

Antti Ruonala (Finland)

  Business Development Director at Nitro Games. Experience from making global deals worth several millions (USD) with top players in the gaming industry. Entrepreneurial individual with deep understanding of Analytics and Global Business Development. Developed and published several mobile titles. Experience from making global deals worth several millions (USD) with top players in the gaming industry. 

 Juris Riekstiņš (Latvia)

  Juris Riekstins is a Partner at ArtSmart Ltd. He has 10+ years of an experience in business consultations in different industries - creative, wood processing, functional food and cosmetics, smart optics production, etc.. He has founded and developed a company producing organic cosmetics from the chocolate. Last five years Juris has been actively working as the mentor for youth, unemployed persons and others developing business ideas and willing to start their own businesses.
