The event

After a series of very successful information events in several European countries the Countdown to Horizon 2020 Space tour arrived at Brussels. More than 400 participants took part in the official information day of the European Commission for the first Horizon 2020 Space calls.

Presentations of the Infoday in Brussels are now available online!

The event matched the foreseen release date of the first calls under Horizon 2020 on 11 December. The information day provided first-hand information on the call content and deepen some of the topics addressed in the first two calls via dedicated thematic sessions. The meanwhile well-established and well-received concept for matchmaking was realised also within this event: Participants had the chance to present themselves at two parallel short presentations sessions and bilateral meetings (B2B) had been pre-booked through our internet tool. Aside these matchmaking sessions much room was provided to meet and talk to other participants during breaks and the evening reception on day one.
